Provide age-appropriate prevention education to school-age and community youth on domestic violence, healthy relationships, dating violence, and other related topics. Requires an understanding of domestic and sexual violence, experience providing youth education, strong written and verbal communication skills, group facilitation skills, computer skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and work independently and on a team. High school diploma or equivalent required, a degree in a related field preferred.

CHILD ADVOCATE

Provide education, support and advocacy to child victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Understanding of domestic violence, sexual abuse and victim issues. Experience working with children and knowledge of child development. Strong written and verbal communication skills, public speaking and group facilitation skills, ability to work with diverse populations, function both independently and as a team member, calm in crisis. Degree in child development, education, social work or related field preferred.

NIGHT ADVOCATE
Full-time / Shift Work
$18.00 hr. plus benefits
Provide crisis intervention, support, and advocacy to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to work with diverse populations, work independently and on a team and promote non-violent behavior and empowerment philosophy. HS diploma or equivalent required; degree or experience working in related field preferred.

Full-time position
$19.00 hr. plus benefits
Provide education, support and advocacy to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Understanding of domestic violence, sexual assault and victim issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and computer and data entry skills. Knowledge and understanding of state and federal laws affecting victims. Ability to work with diverse populations, work independently and with a team. Degree preferred.
