SHELTER MANAGER

$25.00 Hr. / Full-time / Benefits 


The LeeShore Center seeks a full-time Shelter Manager for the agency’s domestic violence and sexual assault facility. The Shelter Manager is responsible for overseeing all direct client services, providing oversight of the day-to-day shelter operations, direct management and supervision of advocate staff, data entry and compliance with reporting requirements. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Experience working in crisis intervention, domestic violence, trauma-informed care. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field of work or equivalent relevant work experience, including staff supervision.

EDUCATION TRAINING ASSISTANT

Full-time 

$17.00 hr. plus benefits


Provide community and staff training and education. Recruit, train and oversee agency volunteers. Assist with agency primary prevention efforts. Develop and maintain agency’s social media sites. Experience in public relations, social media development, education instruction, program assessment, and public speaking. Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with various software applications. Ability to work with diverse populations, work independently and with a team.

DIRECT SERVICE ADVOCATE

Full-time / Shift Work 

$18.00 hr. plus benefits


Provide crisis intervention, support, and advocacy to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to work with diverse populations, work independently and on a team and promote non-violent behavior and empowerment philosophy. HS diploma or equivalent required; degree or experience working in related field preferred.
